CANADA LODGE AND LAKE

Congratulations to Leanne and Matthew who got married at Canada Lodge and Lake on Thursday 23rd May. It was the first time for me to photograph a wedding at this venue, so it was a new challenge with fresh ideas.

It’s interesting how things work out. Leanne’s daughter Hayley was in charge of arranging the photographer and she had found another photographer before booking me and was told told that they were already book. However things happen for a reason and I hope that these preview images are enough to show Leanne, Matt and Hayley that the right decision was made. :)

I meet up with them a few days before the wedding. The weather was gloomy, its was light rain and this didn’t do the location justice. We all agreed that no matter what the weather is like on the day we will have a great time. Well, what a day we had. The weather was superb, everyone was chilled even the ducks on the lake.

Leanne and Matt are the most chilled out couple and were so easy to work with on the day allowing me time to get some great photos for them.

As always, without my side kick, these photos would not be possible. Jonathan from Cross-Jones Photography was a huge help. He is so reliable, knows what i require from the day and between us get the images that couples will love. Thanks again buddy!
